Our Story

In May 2020, galvanized by the issue of housing insecurity and homelessness on college campuses, our three co-founders – Ashley Lo ’22, Katie Shen ’22, and Allie O’Brien ’23 – began to develop Aggie House.

After months of hard work and training, Aggie House opened its doors to students in Fall 2021, operating in a rented townhouse from the Multifaith Living Community (MLC) complex in Davis, CA.

In August 2023, Aggie House relocated to its current location on A Street, which continues to house students and train dedicated student volunteers.
